"A Founding Fathers' Independence Day Celebration"

Looking for some engaging guests for your 4th of July celebration? Imagine a few of our Founding Fathers dropping by!

Host: “What a surprise and an honor to have you visit. Our economy is struggling, people can’t find jobs, and people are losing their homes. Some citizens are wondering if the American Dream is still alive. Do you have any thoughts for us in these tough times?”

Benjamin Franklin: “Always liberty. In pursuit of liberty we pledged to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor. Liberty was more important to us than material prosperity. Prosperity is a fruit of freedom, not its root.”

Thomas Jefferson: “So true. A wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government.”

Host: “I hate to tell you folks, but the country you created is facing a huge debt. The Federal Reserve Bank has been printing money to stimulate the economy, and it’s not working. They’re considering raising the debt ceiling to 16 trillion dollars.”

Jefferson: “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless.”

Host: Did you see this coming?

Jefferson: “This is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle becomes a precedent for a second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of society is reduced to mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering… And the driving force is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its wake wretchedness and oppression.”

Franklin: “Beware of little expenses; a small leak will sink a great ship.”

Host: “They say that they can’t cut entitlement programs—the programs designed to take care of our poor citizens. They point to the ‘general welfare’ clause in the Constitution. Is that what you meant?”

Jefferson: “Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated."

Obama Did it Again - Does He Hate the Jews?

Obama Did it Again !

First is last year when he snubbed the Israel delegates in the White House including Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to Newsmax, The White House denied Netanyahu the red carpet treatment generally afforded to visiting heads of state.

The Israeli prime minister and Obama didn’t pose for photos together, and Netanyahu was excluded from dinner with the president Tuesday night.

When Netanyahu wouldn’t agree to concessions, Obama left a meeting with him, though he invited Netanyahu to stay at the White House, talk to Obama advisers and “let me know if there is anything new,” a U.S. congressman who spoke to Netanyahu, told The Times of London.

“It was awful,” the congressman said.

One Israeli newspaper called the meeting “a hazing in stages,” conducted in such an adversarial environment that the Israeli delegation eventually left, worried that their White House phone conversations were being bugged.

Another Israeli paper wrote that Netanyahu received “the treatment reserved for the president of Equatorial Guinea”.

Today, he did it again .

Tomorrow, Benjamin Netanyahu was scheduled to speak before Congress. Obama’s speech today was rushed in his intention to cut Netanyahu’s  knee off. He gave away the negotiating leverage of Israel in his speech.

“We believe the borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states,"

When Obama gave his speech, the Israeli prime Minister is aboard the plane to the US.

He has complete hate and contempt for Netanyahu yet he bows down and lies for the President of Mexico.

Levin says that Obama has a Jewish problem, that he’s asking the Israelis to surrender themselves to the terrorists that live all around them.
What makes this worse is that Obama gets intelligence briefings on these terrorists every day. He knows more day to day information about these terrorists than we do and yet he still spews all this crap.

This is Levin’s monologue in its entirety.

Demonstrations in Egypt

CAIRO (AP) - It was the people who forced President Hosni Mubarak from power, but it is the generals who are in charge now. Egypt's 18-day uprising produced a military coup that crept into being over many days - its seeds planted early in the crisis by Mubarak himself.

The telltale signs of a coup in the making began to surface soon after Mubarak ordered the army out on the streets to restore order after days of deadly clashes between protesters and security forces in Cairo and much of the rest of the Arab nation.

"This is in fact the military taking over power," said political analyst Diaa Rashwan after Mubarak stepped down and left the reins of power to the armed forces. "It is direct involvement by the military in authority and to make Mubarak look like he has given up power."

Army troops backed by tanks and armored fighting vehicles were given a hero's welcome by the protesters angry over brutal treatment by the police. The goodwill was reciprocated when the military vowed not to use force against protesters, a move that set them apart from the much-hated police who operated with near impunity under Mubarak.
